I learned that you can upload a picture or take a manual capture of yourself and turn it into an animated character. I also learned that after you’re satisfied with your overlays, you can ether turn you character into an animation by clicking the button “generate puppet” or if you only want a still picture you can right click on that button and hit export frame.
